The 2025 FDAC Annual Conference + Leadership Symposium online registration is set to close Friday, March 14, 2025. You won’t want to miss this solid educational event held in the beautiful Napa Valley. This years’ conference is the inaugural Annual Conference AND Leadership Symposium in the same week! The focus is on industry updates, finance, supporting local government fire district boards, up and coming leaders, and much more.


PRE-CONFERENCE & LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM 
FDAC is offering additional sessions taking place on April 1, 2025. The Pre-Conference sessions are separate from the regular conference sessions and can be attended separately or in addition to the regular sessions. The Leadership Symposium sessions are separate from the regular conference sessions and can be attended separately or in addition to the regular sessions. The Pre-Conference focuses on Ethics Training while the Leadership Symposium focuses on the up and coming leaders in your fire agency.


IN PERSON REGISTRATION 

If you are unable to register online, no worries, attendees will be able to register on-site at the conference registration desk located in the Grand Foyer of the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa.

Breakfast & Lunches:
The registration fee includes snacks at the Pre-Conference on Tuesday, a continental breakfast each day Tuesday through Friday (depending on your purchased ticket) and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (depending on your purchased ticket).  It is recommended that you have a jacket or sweater, as the ballroom is kept at a cool temperature. Attendees requiring ADA accommodations should contact Carmen Berry, cberry@FDAC.org, to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made prior to the event.

 

FDAC Attendee Roster:
FDAC Sponsors & Exhibitors will be provided with an Annual Conference Attendee Roster listing names, titles, agencies, and email addresses of all registered conference participants. Attendees wishing to opt out of having their information printed in the roster may do so during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations notices must be made IN WRITING and received by FDAC no later than Friday, March 14, 2025. All cancellations received on or by Friday, March 14, 2025 will be refunded with a $50 fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after Friday, March 14, 2025 Please send cancellation notices to staff@FDAC.org

Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for registered attendees should they, or a member of their immediate household, test positive for COVID-19 after Friday, March 14, 2025. Please contact Carmen Berry,  cberry@FDAC.org, for assistance.
