Loading or unloading assistance on the day of event, are subject to a minimum charge of $75.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes. Due to limited storage space, shipments may not arrive any earlier than three (3) business days prior to the Group's arrival date. There is a box handling fee for more than five (5) boxes. Five (5) to ten (10) boxes = $50.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes, eleven (11) to twenty (20) boxes = $100.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes, Pallets $100.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes. More than twenty (20) boxes, large containers etc. will be negotiated based upon size, weight, and amount. A minimum $75.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes storage fee will apply for items shipped prior than (3) business days prior to the function start date, a greater fee may be charged depending on the size and number of items shipped. Please make prior arrangements to have the Group's boxes labeled and returned to the Group's organization. Boxes left more than two weeks will be disposed of.
