Exhibit Booth Only (choose from the highlighted options below to register):
Member $300 / Non-Member $500

  • One table top exhibit booth space, two chairs and one trash can
  • Logo included in the Academy program and on the Academy webpage

BOOTH PERSONNEL:
You must register your complimentary attendees and any additional attendees staffing the booth online here. This is a separate registration from the booth registration. These registrations must be completed no later than Friday, October 11, 2019. Details on how to register your attendees will be provided in the exhibitor/sponsor confirmation email. 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

The conference will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo. All conference attendees, exhibitors and speakers are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations. Details on how to make hotel reservations will be provided in the exhibitor/sponsor confirmation materials and can also be found here.

 

 

DEADLINES:

  • Monday, September 30, 2019: Last day to book your room at the Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo
  • Thursday, October 3, 2019: Sponsor package registration closes. Registrations received after this date may not be included in any printed Academy materials.
  • Thursday, October 3, 2019: All ads, logos and flyers due
  • Monday, October 14, 2019: All booth personnel (comps included) must be registered online

 

 

PACKAGE RECEIVING:

Loading or unloading assistance on the day of event, are subject to a minimum charge of $75.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes. Due to limited storage space, shipments may not arrive any earlier than three (3) business days prior to the Group's arrival date. There is a box handling fee for more than five (5) boxes. Five (5) to ten (10) boxes = $50.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes, eleven (11) to twenty (20) boxes = $100.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes, Pallets $100.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes. More than twenty (20) boxes, large containers etc. will be negotiated based upon size, weight, and amount. The Catering Office must be notified in advance to assure proper acceptance of these items. A minimum $75.00 plus applicable service charge and taxes storage fee will apply for items shipped prior than (3) business days prior to the function start date, a greater fee may be charged depending on the size and number of items shipped. Please make prior arrangements to have the group's boxes labeled and returned to the group's organization. Boxes left more than two weeks will be disposed of.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

All refunds and cancellations of sponsorships must be in writing to FDAC by Friday, September 20, 2019. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.
