Sponsor and Exhibitor Deadlines:

  •  March 2, 2020: last day to book your room at the Napa Marriott at the discounted rate
  • March 3, 2020: all ads, logos and flyers due to Angelique Grellus at agrellus@fdac.org
  • March 10, 2020: online sponsor and exhibitor registration ends. Registrations received after this day may not be included in any printed conference documents
  • March 23, 2020: last day to register all attendees/comps from your organization

 

Refunds and Cancellations:

All refunds and cancellations of exhibit booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to FDAC by March 1, 2020. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.

 

Booth Staff Registrants:

You must register your complimentary attendees and any additional attendees staffing the booth online at www.fdac.org. This is a separate registration from the booth registration. These registrations must be completed no later than March 23, 2020. Details on how to register your attendees will be provided in the exhibitor/sponsor confirmation email.

 

Hotel Accommodations and Travel Arrangements:

The conference will be held at the Napa Valley Marriott April 1-3, 2020. All conference attendees, exhibitors and speakers are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations. Details on how to make hotel reservations will be provided in the exhibitor/sponsor confirmation materials and will also be posted on the FDAC website.
