What is an Annual Sponsorship?
FDAC truly values its sponsors and wants to ensure your company is finding ways to gain exposure and keep in touch with current and prospective clients all year round. FDAC Annual Sponsorships cover a year’s worth of advertising, publications, and interactive events. When you register as an Annual Sponsor, your company and FDAC work hand-in-hand for the entirety of your sponsorship year January 1 – December 31 (this may depend on when sponsorship begins).

Sponsor Exhibitor Set Up: Tuesday, April 1 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Sponsor Exhibitor Breakdown: Thursday, April 3 2:30pm - 5:00pm
Confirmation Emails:
Within 72 hours of your sponsor and/or booth registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information and submission links for all sponsorship materials.
Booth Staff Registrations:
You must register your complimentary attendees and any additional attendees staffing the booth online at www.fdac.org . This is a separate registration from the booth registration. These registrations must be completed no later than Friday, March 14, 2025. Details on how to register your attendees will be provided in the exhibitor/sponsor confirmation email.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All refunds and cancellations of exhibit booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to FDAC by Friday, March 7, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded up to this date with a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.
